- The brief
You share the property details, the features to highlight, your logo, colours and contact information. The scope and quotation are agreed before the shoot.
- The shoot
A date is set for the on-site photography and video. Access and, where necessary, the conditions for drone footage are prepared in advance.
- Delivery
Your 16:9 and 9:16 videos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot, provided all property information and agency assets have been received.
- Revisions
Three rounds of revisions are included. Please group your comments for each round. Any additional work is quoted and approved before it begins.
WHAT TO KNOW
Before the shoot.
What information should I provide?
Address and access details, property type, floor area, number of rooms, features to highlight, listing information and any mandatory wording. Please also provide your agency’s logo, colours and contact details.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
Videos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot when all required information is available. If anything is missing, the delivery time is confirmed once it is received. A separate schedule is agreed with Olivier for subsequent revisions.
Can a drone be flown over private property?
The owner’s permission to operate on the property is required, but it does not authorise every flight. Local airspace restrictions, the operating category, public safety, weather and privacy requirements must also be checked. The permitted height is not determined simply by whether neighbouring properties are visible.
Aerial footage is offered subject to feasibility and any required authorisations. The filming approach is agreed before the service.

A quotation is prepared according to the property, the shoot location and the requested coverage. Deliverables and the revision scope are confirmed before you commit.
